By using Apex Athletics Labs’ website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. You certify that you are 21 years or older and a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate, lawful, in-vitro research purposes only.
2. Product Use Restrictions
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. You agree NOT to:
- Use products for human or animal consumption
- Use products for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes
- Resell, redistribute, or repackage products
- Use products for any illegal purpose or in violation of laws
- Misrepresent the intended research usage
3. Orders & Liability
Apex Athletics Labs may verify customer identity and intended use, and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All products are provided “AS IS” without warranties.
Apex Athletics Labs is not liable for damages resulting from improper handling, misuse, or violations of these terms.
By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Athletics Labs from any claims arising from your use or misuse of our products.

We collect contact details, billing/shipping information, order history, and verification documents when required. This information is used to process orders and maintain regulatory compliance. We do not sell or trade your data.

Regulatory Compliance
Compliance Overview
Apex Athletics Labs complies with:
- EPA / TSCA chemical handling and reporting requirements
- FDA “Research Use Only” labeling standards (not for human consumption)
- DEA regulations (we do not sell controlled substances)
- State-specific regulations, including California Prop 65 when applicable
Records & Reporting
We maintain required transaction records for a minimum of 5 years. Suspicious or high-risk orders may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
We ship within the United States only. Some orders may require verification. Policies include:
- Signature may be required
- New customers may not use P.O. boxes or forwarding services
- Residential addresses may require additional verification
All shipments follow DOT/IATA regulations for packaging, labeling, and documentation.
Returns Policy
Return Guidelines
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened products
- Custom formulations
- Temperature-sensitive products
Returns are accepted only if the incorrect item was received or the product arrived damaged.
You must notify us within 48 hours to obtain an RMA.
Non-returnable products must be disposed of according to local hazardous waste regulations.

Researchers are responsible for adhering to proper laboratory safety practices, including:
- Using appropriate PPE
- Working in ventilated areas
- Storing chemicals in original containers
- Restricting access to authorized personnel
- Maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
